About Asale
Who is behind this, how the network works, what you can go and check for yourself, and the parts we are not dressing up.
Who runs it
Asale is built and operated by 懒人书科技 — Lazy Book Technology.

D-U-N-S is Dun & Bradstreet's business identifier. The number above resolves to the registered name and address in their public directory — a record we do not control and cannot edit, which is the point of naming it rather than simply asserting who we are.
What we do
Plenty of people hold an AI subscription they never finish; others ran out weeks ago and are paying list price for API calls on top.
Asale hands the first group's leftovers to the second, metered per token and settled in USDT per request. No monthly fee, no minimum top-up, and no model of our own anywhere in the path — every request is served by a real user's real upstream account.
Three things you can go and check
Checkable without asking us:
| The claim | How to check it |
|---|---|
| The verification engine and the metering are open source | llm-verify and token-meter, Apache-2.0, on crates.io. Point them at us — or at your own provider. |
| The client is open source | asale-ai/asale — the source, and the build artefacts for every release. The client is what holds your upstream credentials, so it is the part that has to be readable. |
| The success rate is not self-reported | The figures on the status page come from settled tasks, not from a probe we run against ourselves. Windows with no traffic read "no data", not 100%. |
The parts we are not dressing up
- This is not end-to-end encryption. Your request body is forwarded upstream by another user's client, and is visible to that client at that moment. Keep confidential work on your own subscription. See Privacy & data.
- Supply moves. A model can have no seller at all this minute. The market says so plainly rather than luring you in with a discount you cannot take.
- We take a cut. 8% of every settled request — written into the terms, and written here.
Contact
Product, accounts, settlement, bugs — write to support@asale.ai. Every message is read; most get a reply within one or two business days.
Open questions, feature suggestions and usage problems belong in GitHub Discussions — a public archive you can read before deciding whether to use this. Anything involving an account, a balance or a specific figure should go by mail instead.
Asale is an independent token-sharing network, unaffiliated with any upstream model vendor.
